

YOGA CLASSES VIA ZOOM OR IN PERSON
Practice with me from the comfort of your home, via Zoom (all you need is a Mat and access to Zoom on your mobile phone or computer! It’s an easy way to practice with me in just a click) or in person.
Please find below all the information you need for the three types of class I offer (i.e. props, set up, benefits etc.). During the class, I will observe your practice, provide verbal/manual adjustments, and reply to any questions you may have in order to help your practice grow.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow:
A slow and gentle Vinyasa flow, helping you to relax and to get rid of muscular tensions build up during the week. This 50 min practice aim to bring awareness to the body alignment, to strengthen the muscles through gentle movements, and to calm the nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels; beginners will get a better understanding of the classic postures and the advance practitioners will appreciate the deep restorative stretches. I will share each time a Spotify link for who desires to listen to a relaxing playlist while practicing; created around the slow pace flow and helping to build a warm atmosphere.
Recommendation: blocks (or any support), strap (belt, scarf).

All level Vinyasa Flow:
This 50 min Vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels, is structured to increase strength, flexibility, improve the breath and bring a deep feeling of relaxation after class. The first dynamic part of the practice, focused on the standing “warrior” postures, will develop body awareness, will energies and build physical strengths by engaging a large range of group muscles. The following balancing section will improve focus, alignment and grounding. The finishing floor work, will lengthen the muscles through deep stretches, slow the practice down to condition us for savasana (final resting pose). The diversity of yoga poses, combined with mind- release exercises, make this class, not only challenging and fun, but also calming. It will improve health and spirit. A Spotify link will be available for who desires to listen to a playlist created for the class, while practicing.

Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice used to restore imbalances in our bodies. It has been proven to have great impacts on the nervous system and to create a basis for optimal physical and mental health. This method is also used to improve sleep disorders, blood pressure, manage psychological disorders and reduce stress and anxiety. After regular practice, the inherent tendency to become tense is rooted out and all the emotional baggage are thrown off, resulting in a better management of stress and improvement in the well-being.
The class is structured in two parts: The first 20 min will prepare the body for Yoga Nidra, through gentle movements and deep stretches. During the last 40 min, the practitioner will lie down in complete stillness and will experience profound muscular, mental and emotional relaxation through a guided Nidra practice

One to One:
I have a lot of experience in one to one classes and truly believe it is the best way to deepen the practice quickly and safely, benefiting from my full attention and constant verbal and manual adjustments. The classes will be designed accordingly to individual needs, level and physical state. Every week, I will encourage discussions, allowing me to elaborate a practice that will develop a better understanding of body alignment, developing strength and inner peace. I also aim to give full support in between classes, answering questions through online chats, and will gladly give some short mindful practices to do alone if it was of any interest. I can come to your home (prices will vary depending on the proximity), do the classes online via Zoom, or even in my garden for an outdoor practice experience.Price will vary from 30£ for zoom sessions, to 40-70£ for classes in person (price depends on location). Corporate classes:
Our busy work life can be a struggle to maintain our inner peace and physical health; the stress accumulated can create sometimes muscular discomforts, tensions and can often lead to more serious body imbalances. Practicing yoga once a week, during work hours, is the perfect opportunity to bring a little bit of peace, fun and mind release. As a group activity, it is also a great way to bring colleagues closer and create a friendly work environment. Suitable for all level, I will design each class accordingly to the group needs. I aim to improve posture, uplift energies, teach breathing techniques to reduce stress and nervousness. Learning how to breathe, will have a direct positive effect on the nervous and to my beliefs, is key for a healthier life.
Price will vary from 80£ for zoom session, to 110£ for classes in person. Please contact me to find out your price and to organize payment.

SPECIAL EVENT: LAUDERDALE HOUSE CLASSES
I am delighted to have joined the Lauderdale House team. This historical venue, located in the beautiful Waterlow Park (Highgate Hill, N6 5HG), offers spacious rooms for various events and I am organizing 55 min yoga classes every Saturday at 10 am.
All the health and safety measures requirements are in place, with enough space in between each mat and regular cleaning, to ensure a safe environment. For those reasons I would ask you to bring your own mat and any props you would like to use for the practice. Please contact me to know more about these classes and to find out the availabilities.

SPECIAL EVENT: YOGA IN WATERLOW PARK
This 1h vinyasa class is held in the beautiful Waterlow Park (N19 5JF). It is a perfect way to enjoy practicing yoga whilst connecting with nature. This class is accessible to all levels and I will be giving options to accommodate new and advanced practitioners, so that everyone can enjoy the practice according to their own level. For the practice, you will need a mat or towel. I will provide blocks for those who need props.
