Arbonne is my secret for a healthy and happy living which has been complementing my lifestyle as a yogi. I have recently become an Arbonne consultant after undertaking their “28 days to healthy living programme” which was recommended by friends of mine and encouraged by a desire to better approach health and nutrition in my day-to-day life. I strongly believe that good nutrition and healthy eating habits greatly contribute to a healthy mind and body.

On overall, this detox programme has improved my skin, my sleep and boosted my energy levels, keeping my body as its best since I have started using their products.

I have done the 30 days healthy leaving plan, and it is an absolute life’s changer. It helped me rediscover healthy eating, my skin improved, my body toned (weight loss) and it on overall, boosted my confidence. There is also a group support to help you achieve your goals as well as incredible recipes with meals ideas.
